Old machines and often of very low quality brands.The rental price was too high for the level of the machines offered (and it was the end of the season).A delusion!Note that in addition to the rental you pay the (mandatory) insurance of 10 euros per day but there remains an excess of 250 euros (if you scratch the car up to 250 euros you pay!!Usually the insurance eliminates the deductible when you rent cars all over the world)Furthermore the rental lasts until 9pm so not for 24 hours but for 12 hours!Truly absurd, never happened in many years of rentals!(we picked up the car at 10.30 in the morning, the return had to be by 10.30 on the second day, not 9.00 in the evening and we spent 80 euros for 2 days… in October!)BEWARE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!If they take your car to the hotel they will write the credit card details as a guarantee (security code included) on the rental sheet which then remains with the company… something never seen before and which is absurdly dangerous… your card details remain in the hands of the company even after rental.In addition to being something absurd and never seen before in a rental company, we also believe it is at the limit of legality.We have reported this activity to Mastercard!IN RESPONSE TO THE SELLER’S RAMINGS.We understand English and speak.We were not given the choice of whether or not to have extra insurance, only to choose between one for 7 euros (with a 600 euro deductible) and one for 10 euros (with a 250 euro deductible). You should be honest when you write, not liars!Same for the return, by 9pm we had to give the keys back.The credit card is used by normal companies by withholding a sum (a deposit transaction is made) BY NOT WRITING THE CODES ON THE CONTRACT WHICH THEN REMAINS WITH THE SELLER. This is dangerous behavior for the user and absolutely not foreseen by the rules for using the cards.
Terrible experience!Old cars and very high prices.But the most unpleasant thing is that following the written review the seller continued to write us messages.I had to block the number!Pay attention to your credit card codes because they are written in pen on the contract and remain with the seller even after the rental.When we got home we had the codes changed.
We rented a Fiat Panda from Enjoy Naxos Rent A Car in October. They met us at the port to deliver the car & met us at the airport to drop off the car as scheduled. Communication was good and price was fair. The car although a little older was well maintained and performed without issue. No stress, no overcharging, no trouble. I would not hesitate to use Enjoy Naxos Rent A Car in the future and recommend them to others.

Easy pickup and drop off at the port. fair prices. We had a fiat panda which was in good condition.The best part is that Petros (the owner) gave us a map and gave us a thorough explanation and recommendations about Naxos.
We just rented a car from Petros for 5 days while we were in Naxos. He made the whole process super convenient by meeting us at the port to deliver the car and picked up the car at the airport when we were leaving! 🙂 He was honest and helpful and the prices were reasonable. One thing that I was impressed with the most was we had an issue and he had one of his partners out within 10 minutes. I don’t know how he did it. Very impressive and gave us peace of mind. Excellent experience with this company. We rented a fiat for 2 days in Naxos and it arrived in perfect condition. Petros was incredibly accommodating as well – I had made a mistake and accidentally arrived to Naxos on the wrong ferry and he had to change his schedule and meet me at the port when my ferry arrived. I also had to change the drop off time the day before as our ferry away had changed their schedule and Petros and his wife were accommodating yet again to meet us at an alternate time at the ferry port.They were available 24/7 should an emergency arise with the vehicle which fortunately I did not need but gave us nice peace of mind.Finally Petros gave us some great recommendations for attractions to see and food to try around the island.Would highly recommend this service for car rentals.

We went to Naxos during the off season and called Petros the day we needed the car. It’s best to call ahead and schedule the car but he was very nice and hooked us up with a great car and some great recommendations. We’ll definitely use them again when we go back!
Went during off season and had limited things to do where we were staying so opted to rent a car for the day. Had a great experience with Pedro, the car was delivered straight to our lodging and was a quick and easy process.
We come to Naxos every year and used a different company before.What a GREAT surprise to discover Petros, the owner of Enjoy Naxos Car.Vehicle (Fiat Panda new) was great to drive and it was easy to go to the mountain villages.Wonderful air conditioning, the car was cold in 3 minutes and I kept it in 1 or 2 position and it was very pleasant inside.Car was spotless clean.Petros is a great person to deal with.If you are looking for a reliable company with very well kept cars, do not hesitate to book from him.Next year, there’s no doubt that Enjoy Naxos Car will be our choice again!Attached a picture of Petros, my husband and I.

Great service with “meet and greet” and quick registration. Prompt communication, accommodated our request for different pick up and drop off location without extra charge. Price was reasonable. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely use again!
Very satisfied with the company. the option of picking up and leaving the car at the port is very convenient and it is very easy to contact the company to adjust the pick-up and drop-off times based on the ferry schedule (which is usually delayed).The delivery and reception manager (Petros) is very friendly and gave us great recommendations of places of interest, beaches and restaurants.The car was correct, in good condition and good quality-price relation. No hidden fees, no overcharging, no nasty surprises!
